DINING OUT; Upscale Fish in a Sea of Blue

RESTAURANT names follow trends. A few years ago nearly every new casual spot, no matter what its ethnicity, called itself a bistro. In the last year, the color blue has topped the popularity charts. Blue Honu and Indigo opened in Huntington, followed by Aqua Blue in Roslyn and the Blue Room in East Northport.
